Support Makenzie's Healing Journey

My sweet friend Brittany's family is going through a lot. They are a family of six and just moved into a new house. Their 7 year old who has autism, epilepsy, and is non verbal became very sick and was hospitalized for a week following being very sick at home for two weeks. Brittany started an Amazon wish list, but her and her husband have missed 3 weeks worth of work combined caring for Makenzie "Kenny." I am putting this together to help try and help them get through this challenging time. This is what Brittany wrote on her wish list:

Makenzie is a beautiful 7 year old girl with autism, expressive language disorder, epilepsy, and now some ongoing disease that we can’t yet put a name to. Makenzie has been in the hospital for 7 nights now with minimal answers and no plans for discharge at this time. I have been out of work for two weeks and William has been out for a week, so things are getting tight. We have a long road ahead of us from here, and there are a few things we need to make a safe and comfortable transition home when that time finally does come. I have also added some sensory and comfort items to keep our girl happy and regulated.
