The tornado that hit Begg’s, Oklahoma, on March 6, also hit our family hard. My daughter, Makayla Pate, her boyfriend Ace McClellan, and his parents, were hit directly. Ace’s parents lost their lives in the storm, and both Makayla and Ace suffered physical injuries, trauma, and the tragic loss of his parents, whom they both loved. In addition, they lost all of their belongings, including their home, their cars, computers, phones, clothes—everything.

Makayla is studying to finish her last two semesters of college to earn her Master's. Ace is also in school working on his college degree, and they are both employed. These are hardworking young adults with goals to make a difference in the world. Please consider helping us to encourage their hearts by giving them a financial boost to start again.
