Hello, my name is Theresa Kapteina. On 12/29/2025, my son’s girlfriend, Maiga Seskis, was flown by helicopter from an Iowa hospital to Omaha, Nebraska for a life threatening, gol ball sized, brain bleed near her cerebellum. She also suffered a stroke. This has caused her to have sight, speech, and walking issues. She’s only 35 years old.

She had undiagnosed high blood pressure. She will be on medication for the rest of her life. She has a long road ahead of her as she is still hospitalized and unable to work. As we all know, monthly bills wait for no one. Being down to one income will make it nearly impossible for my son to pay rent, utilities, and make sure there is food in the house for both of them.

The money donated will go for rent, utilities, and food. We are hoping to raise $5,000. Maiga is a very caring and loving person. I know she is worried about her future and we just want to be able to give her less things to worry about so she can concentrate on herself and her recovery. My daughter, Amber Clifton, will be managing the “Go Find Me” account at this time due to her stroke.
