Hi my name is Kameelah Brower Daniel. I’m making this campaign for my friend Mahdy from Gaza. He needs help to survive and sustain his livelihood. Here are some words directly from Mahdy himself.

I am Mahdy from Gaza.

For over two years, I lived through a brutal war of genocide. I lost my home, my livelihood, and loved ones—losses that can never be replaced.

My life has been completely transformed. I now face a harsh reality, lacking even the most basic stability and security. Despite everything I've endured, I cling to hope and strive to rebuild, not for luxury, but to live with dignity and secure my basic needs.

I also aspire to complete my university studies, which were forcibly interrupted by the war and the difficult circumstances. Education is my only path to building a better future for myself and to one day be able to contribute to my country after all this suffering.

Your support, however small, makes a real difference in my life and helps me start a new chapter after everything I've lost.
