The Magnus Foundation’s signature event is the annual Summer Market at HōM Flats. The festive event, which is open to the public and HōM Flats residents, brings a diverse mix of local vendors, artists, and organizations to one of our HōM Flats communities.

The Magnus Foundation is a non-profit entity dedicated to cultivating art, culture, and community-building in the areas where Magnus Capital Partners operates. We firmly believe that art and culture play a transformative role in society.
Some initiatives the Magnus Foundation has fostered in the community include:
- Compensating local artists who offer free art lessons to community members.
- Connecting with local organizations to offer community members free enrichment programs including job-seeking services, fitness programs, mental health workshops, and more.
- Bringing an inclusive Summer Market, with a diverse mix of local vendors, organizations, and artists, to Magnus Capital Partners properties.
