Hi, my name is Mae. I’m reaching out because my family is facing a really tough time right now. My dad recently had emergency surgery for a serious heart blockage. While we’re grateful that he made it through, the medical bills have been piling up and to make things worse, our insurance isn’t able to cover it. We still owe around $20,000, and it’s something we need to pay off as soon as possible.

I’ve been working to help out, but the job I have doesn’t pay much at all, and it’s nowhere near enough to cover the medical debt. My mom can’t work, since she’s focused completely on taking care of my dad during his recovery. We’ve tried everything we can, but we’re running out of options.

That’s why I’m asking for help. Anything you can give, no matter the amount, would bring us closer to getting through this.
