Support “MadreMonte” at Camden Fringe, A Magical Tale of Grief, Nature, and Friendship.
We are international Master's graduates from East 15 Acting School ️ and we’ve come together to create MadreMonte with our theatre company, HellBound Theatre. MadreMonte is a heartfelt new play that weaves grief, loss, and friendship with influences of magical realism, a genre originating from Latin America.
The Play is also rooted in the powerful folklore of MadreMonte, a supernatural guardian of nature who punishes those who harm the environment, our story is set against a backdrop of ecological reckoning and emotional healing. MadreMonte explores how we navigate grief and reconnect with each other and the world around us.
This summer, we’ve been given an amazing opportunity to share MadreMonte as part of Camden Fringe Festival, but we need your help to bring our vision to life!
We are aiming to raise £1,500 to partially help cover:
- Venue hire for Camden Fringe
- Production cost
- rehearsal Space
As international artists, we’re passionate about telling global stories, and your support big or small will help make that possible!
If you’re not able to donate, we’d be so grateful if you could share our campaign with friends, family, or anyone who believes in supporting independent theatre and emerging voices.
Thank you for helping us tell this story.
Rewards:
- Programme shout out at £20+
- personalised Art work at £30+

With love and gratitude,
