Hello everyone my name is Madisson Norris. I will be turning 21 years old in may and the past year hasn’t been great to me. On March 9th 2026, I lost my job un-fairly due to me attending one of my best friend’s funeral, a person i and my brother considered family- we’ve known him our whole life’s since he lived a few house’s down. He passed away in a horrible car accident where he was burned on January 11th 2026. While the medical examiner’s were still determining DNA and if it was him or not the funeral was put off until February 28th 2026 at 6pm in Hurst, TX. I was approved for a grievance day the following day after the funeral because i couldn’t bring myself together enough to go to work; this was very unlike me considering how much I loved my job at the airport. I was a Ramp Agent for DFW under the company Envoy. A supervisor in our Hub decided to change my shift history to sick/no call, no show- which is all untrue given the circumstances and the fact that the Hib was notified as well as my manager’s. (ALL PROOF WILL BE ATTATCHED AT THE END!)
Given the circumstance of me losing the job I loved most and just after barely a week of me losing my best friend i fell back into a depression. I was not sleeping, not eating, unhappy, not conversing with family and entirely just not myself. I was applying for endless amounts of job’s along with filling for unemployment which i was denied. No job’s have reached back out to me still to this day that i am creating this.
On March 21st 2026 I was a backpack on my friend’s motorcycle and I ended up falling off the back exiting the highway 35E in Farmers branch TX. I slid 15-20FT landing directly on my hands and tailbone at around 40-45MPH. Thankfully I didn’t have any serious injuries other than a hairline fracture in my thumb, bruising to my tailbone and road rash all over my behind. (my gear saved me and i was lucky.) The ER visit left me with a unbearable medical bill which is a little over 7k. Since I lost my job, i didn’t have health insurance anymore and i cannot afford the bill. Following on April 2nd 2026 at approximately 11:50PM on the way to Fuel City in dallas to meet up with friend’s to take picture’s of their bike’s and car’s for a photoshoot (trying to make money in anyway) I hydroplaned on the off ramp of Beckley Exit and totaled my car completely. It was towed to the Pound off of Forney rd in dallas. My dad and I had driven to the pound to see my car and diagnose if it was salvageable and ultimately nothing of the car could be fixed- so we cleaned it out and we had to leave it there.
As of today April 12th 2026, i am not eligible for unemployment, i have no reliable transportation, and i am out of a job- I can not afford to pay my medical bill’s and my own personal bill’s.
I usually never ask for help because I hate being a burden to anyone around me including my family ( i live with my parents and they are both on disability.) But this time i’m taking it up with myself to ask for HELP. I need help more than ever right now and I have never been in this type of situation to where i’ve been kicked down so bad and am truly at rock bottom. Any donation’s, share’s, prayers, kind word’s, or advice is greatly appreciated and I will be forever grateful to you. Thank you for taking the time to read my story, God Bless You all.
