Support Madison's Fight Against Lymphoma

Hi, my name is Dina Rademan. I have been friends with Tracey Kerney for over 8yrs. Tracey and Mike have a 13yr old daughter named Madison. Madison is a typical teenager, who loves Taylor Swift, Tik Tok, her dogs, and spending time with her family and friends. Last week, Mike noticed a lump in Madison’s throat, while he was giving her, her adhd medication. Prior to discovering the lump, Madison had showed no symptoms of any kind, and acted like her typical self, which even baffled the doctors. Madison already had a doctor’s appt scheduled, in the next few days, so Tracey made sure that the doctor checked out the lump. The doctor became concerned and sent Madison for bloodwork, as well as an ultrasound of her throat, for the next day. Tracey received a call, on Friday, Aug 23, from the doctor, stating that he didn’t like the results from her bloodwork & ultrasound, and that he recommended they go to Chop’s Emergency Room, immediately. When they arrived, they did additional bloodwork, and repeated another ultrasound of Madison’s throat. Their worst fears were coming to life, and Madison was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Madison had a biopsy done, as well as an aspiration of her bone marrow, on Sunday, Aug 25, to determine the type of Cancer she had, and whether or not the Cancer has spread. The Hallahan’s will be meeting with the Oncology Team, to determine what comes next for Madison. With Madison’s treatment plan, being unknown at this time, I am asking for help to relieve the financial stress, that this family will endure.
