Support Madison's Family After Car Accident

Donation protected
My sister Madison found herself in a nightmare this past Tuesday morning. She was driving on I-44, headed to her 32-week pregnancy check-up, a routine that should have been filled with excitement for the arrival of her new baby. Instead, her day took a terrifying turn when another driver, without warning, merged into her lane, sideswiping her car and sending her vehicle flying off the side of the highway.

Madison, along with her three kiddos, flew down the steep embankment and missed a concrete drainage pipe by just a foot, which a trooper suggested could have killed her instantly. We were also told it is a miracle the vehicle didn’t roll. Miraculously, everyone walked away with minor injuries, but their car was completely totaled. The other driver never stopped, and there were no traffic cameras on that stretch of the interstate.

EMSA came and checked that Madison, the kiddos, and her unborn child were all safe. Madison herself, in her protective motherly instinct, refused hospital treatment to stay with her shaken kids, despite her own injuries—hitting her head on the window, whiplash, and a migraine that throbbed with every heartbeat.

Now, without a vehicle, Madison faces not just the physical and emotional recovery but also the daunting challenge of daily life. She needs a car to drive her children to learn, to keep her medical appointments, to buy groceries, and to simply move forward. But the financial strain of replacing what was lost in that split second of chaos is overwhelming, especially with a baby on the way.

So I am reaching out to you to help get my sister get back on the road. I am hoping to raise some money to help her purchase a car, something she desperately needs to maintain her family's routine and safety. Your donation would be more than just money; it would show her how much her family, friends, and community care about her.

Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring Madison closer to regaining some semblance of normalcy, to driving her children to new adventures, and feeling safe again behind the wheel. Please, if you can, share this campaign. Spread the word to help a family recover from a hardship they did not deserve.

I am forever grateful for the kindness of the strangers who were there first to help, for Philip and Uncle Randy for getting to the scene within minutes, for all of the first responders, and most importantly for our Lord, who decided it was not yet my sisters time to come home. Madison's journey of healing is lengthy, but with your support, we can at least ease one part of that journey.
