Hello Everyone. My name is Madison and I am diagnosed with treatment resistant bipolar 1, complex PTSD, and I am permanently disabled. I am currently in a partial hospitalization program working very hard towards stabilization. Living with bipolar 1 and c-ptsd has been extremely difficult. Over the past seven years, I've been hospitalized several times for suicidal ideation with intent, and I have had one suicide attempt. I have also been admitted several times to PHP/IOP programs, and have spent weeks in the psych ward. I want to live, but I battle with my brain which tells me I want to die. Staying alive has been the biggest battle I've faced.

I am asking for help to pay for medical bills, medication, gas, and groceries. My only income is ssdi and most of it goes to bills, and I'm left with very little for the remainder of the month for necessities, like my medication and gas to get to and from treatment. I am exhausted from battling my mind, and fighting the voices in my head. With your support, I will be able to continue my treatment, afford the 12 medications I take, and have transportation to the partial hospitalized program I am attending.
