Greetings!


My name is Madisen Harding, and I am a proud native of Baltimore, Maryland—also known as Charm City. I attend the illustrious North Carolina Central University, where I am a sophomore pre-nursing major with a passion for healthcare and aspirations of becoming an OB-GYN. Alongside my academic journey, I am the proud owner of Madisen Hair Cartel, where I specialize in doing hair and selling high-quality hair extensions.

Balancing my studies, business, and extracurricular activities—such as serving as the Event Coordinator for Agency Prep—is challenging. However, I am grateful for the opportunity to pursue my passions at North Carolina Central University. I am deeply committed to making a meaningful impact in my community and strive to ensure that my contributions leave a lasting difference.

After reflecting, and careful thought I am honored to announce that I have the opportunity to compete in the 2025 Miss Omega Psi Phi Scholarship Pageant for the Mighty Tau Psi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. This opportunity provides me with a chance to grow and give back to a community that values leadership, service and excellence.

As your next Miss Omega Psi Phi, I will proudly promote my platform "Dear Black Women"—which is dedicated to uniting and empowering Black women while driving positive change in our communities. My platform focuses on key issues such as healthcare access, community support, empowerment, and advocacy for Black single mothers.

This journey is not one I can take alone. With your support, we can make a lasting impact and create a future where Black women are uplifted, heard, and provided with the resources they deserve.
