Hello, my name is Logan and I set this up for a very good friend of mine. Her name is Madie, and she was diagnosed with AML, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a blood cancer that starts in the bone marrow and affects the production of healthy white blood cells.

For those who don't know, Madie is an avid video game player, a huge fan of DnD, loves to spend time with her animals and husband, reads hundreds of books every year, and has even written a book herself! She is a wonderful person to be around and such a light to everyone's day. It is saddening that someone as nice as her is having to go through such a horrible process.

Up next for Madie is waiting for the right time to receive her bone marrow transplant. During this time, she will be able to be at home with her husband, dog, cats, and bird: Hudson, Tuna, Gamora, Nebula, and Harley. Staying at home does bring its own problems.

Your generous donations would be used for things like medical treatments and supplies not covered by insurance, an at-home air filter system, household help, animal care, meal support, and selfcare/comfort items.

Once she is able to receive her transplant, she will spend weeks in the hospital being monitored and looked after.
