Madelyn Paige Mann
06/29/2005-06/27/2025
Madelyn gained her angel wings today, June 27, 2025, peacefully and surrounded by family. Maddi was and still is so loved. She will be indescribably missed. Thank you to everyone who has donated to and shared Maddi’s story. We are continuing to accept donations and ask that you continue to share as we go into making her funeral arrangements. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers during this time. Thank you all so much.
Hello, I’m Mckenzie, Madelyn’s older sister and I’ve arranged this fundraiser to help cover her expenses as she is now on hospice care.
Madelyn Paige graduated from Captain Shreve High School’s class of 2023 and shortly after moved to Illinois where she attended Southwestern Illinois College (S.W.I.C.) to pursue her dream of becoming a Radiology Technician. Madelyn was just 18 years old and a few months into her first year at S.W.I.C. when she was diagnosed with two rare forms of ovarian cancer. She fought with everything she had — enduring surgeries, chemo, and experimental treatments — all while holding onto her dreams of finishing college and making our late mom proud.
After a brief remission, her cancer returned in late 2024. Despite months of treatment, her condition worsened. Madelyn made the brave decision to come home to Louisiana and spend her final days surrounded by loved ones.
Her final wish is to be buried next to our mother. We’re asking for any support to help make that possible. If you can’t donate, your prayers and shares mean everything. Thank you for your kindness.
