Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts to share that our beloved Madelyn Brunas, a sweet and spirited young girl, has been diagnosed with leukemia. As her family, we are determined to support her through every step of this battle, but we can't do it alone. Madelyn's diagnosis has turned our world upside down, and the road ahead is filled with uncertainty and challenges. Her treatment will require lengthy hospital stays and specialized care. During this time, Madelyn’s parents, my sister, and her fiancé Mike, will need to be by her side, providing her with the love and support she needs. Mike works in construction, and as the primary breadwinner, he will be missing work to be at the hospital with Madelyn and help take care of their other children. This will place a significant financial burden on their family at a time when they should be focused solely on Madelyn’s health and well-being.
