Support Madeline Garcia's Recovery Journey

Hey Everyone,

On May 28th, 2025, my sister, Madeline Garcia, was on her way home from work when she lost control of her scooter. She was found unconscious and was then transferred to San Antonio’s Military Hospital's trauma unit and ICU. Madeline suffered a brain bleed, a fractured wrist, and road burn. When she was finally conscious, doctors asked Madeline what year it was, to which she responded, “2020,” and couldn’t believe them when they told her it was 2025.

The scans have come back showing that the brain bleed hasn’t progressed, which is an amazing sign, and tomorrow she will have surgery on her wrist.

Without health insurance and unable to work her job, it is difficult to cover medical expenses and everyday costs.

Madeline is one of the sweetest humans I know, and I’m so lucky to call her my sister. She has never asked for anything, so I’m creating this GoFundMe for her. We have so much love and gratitude for all your love, thoughts, and prayers. ✨
