I am reaching out with a heart full of excitement and hope. I have been given the opportunity to study abroad in Fiji, a chance not only to learn in another country but to immerse myself in a new culture, connect with a community, and grow as a future educator.

This trip is so much more than travel for me. It is about learning how to become a teacher who can bring compassion, understanding, and global awareness into the classroom. I believe that the best educators are those who step outside of their comfort zones, experience the world firsthand, and return home ready to inspire their students with broader perspectives.

While abroad, I will have the chance to teach, share, and serve in a local community. My goal is to not only study but to give back, to be fully present and to learn as much from the people I meet as I do from my courses. This experience will shape the kind of teacher I become: one who empowers students to dream bigger, see the world differently, and believe in their own potential.
