MaddyChristine was recently diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma, -- cancer that started in the bile ducts connecting to the liver. She has tumors in her liver and lungs. and the disease is advanced. On 11/18, she began chemotherapy and immunotherapy with the intention of improving her quality of life by reducing pain and making her more comfortable.

The journey has been challenging. She is learning a lot about pain and pain management.

If you know Maddy and Tim, you know they’ve spent their lives helping others. Maddy is a Spiritual Director who leads retreats and offers one-on-one guidance to people seeking meaning and peace. Tim runs Amoveo Group , a non-profit development organization which mobilizes resources to fund and develop solutions for international communities.At home in Media, Pennsylvania, their front yard has become a neighborhood gathering place where dogs, kids, and friends naturally gather. It’s a reflection of who they are: warm, generous, and big-hearted.
