On June 2, our daughter Madilyn (Maddie) experienced a terrifying medical emergency. She suffered an unexpected prolonged seizure that required an ambulance ride to the closest hospital. After initial stabilization, she had to be transferred by ambulance again to Randall Children’s Hospital, where she was admitted overnight for monitoring and care.

Thankfully, Maddie has since recovered — and we are so grateful. But as parents, nothing prepares you for the emotional and financial toll that comes with moments like these. The total cost of her care, including both ambulance rides, the ER, and the hospital stay, is closing in on $10,000 — a sum we simply don’t have.

We’re humbly asking for help to cover these unexpected medical bills. Any amount, no matter how small, will help ease the burden and allow us to focus on Maddie’s health and well-being instead of the looming debt.
