My name is Macy, and I’m a single mother doing everything I can to give my son the future he deserves.

Recently, my son was accepted into Admiral Farragut Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida. This opportunity is truly life-changing. It offers structure, discipline, leadership development, and a strong academic environment that will help shape him into the man God has called him to be.

However, this opportunity has come during one of the most difficult seasons of my life.

I am currently unable to work due to a ruptured Achilles and cannot afford the surgery needed at this time. Because of this, I have no current income, which has made it extremely challenging to provide for basic needs—let alone cover school expenses.

By the grace of God, we were awarded financial aid and scholarships, but there are still startup fees of $7,400 and remaining tuition costs beyond what I can manage on my own.

I am stepping out in faith and asking for help. This is not easy for me, but I believe too strongly in my son’s future to let this opportunity pass by.
