HELP Mac Avoid Eviction by Tuesday, July 29

Please help me avoid eviction. I had fallen behind on my rent (I'll explain more below), but I need to make the nex payment next week.
I am considered employed full-time, but I've missed quite a bit of work due to my medical condition. Because of my troubles in 2018 that confined me to a wheelchair for a few months, I developed idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. (I finally saw a neurologist last Friday, and he suspects I may have an additional problem or two. Further testing will confirm.
At any rate this has caused me to miss a lot of work. I work for Enterprise car rentals, and the job I usually do is that of Lot Attendant, which involves me telling each of the drivers where to park the clean cars for customers. It means that I'm on my feet for at least nine hours. That part is usually okay. It's the halp mile I must walk to get to work that's the issue.
I have a tough time on my worst days, even with a cane. I use a walker sometimes. But I fall at least once per week, and I usually have the "road rash" to prove it.
I have applied for Oregon Paid Leave for the time I've missed, but they have been really slow processing payments.
I hope you'll be able to help; I am in desperate need, and I don't know what I'll do if I become homeless again.
Thank you all for your friendship over the years.
