Hello everyone,
My handsome little kitty, Mack, had to undergo an emergency urinary unblocking procedure. I am raising funds to cover the cost of the procedure / medications. I was forced to create a CareCredit account in order to afford his care. I am hoping to raise the funds and pay off this new debt as soon as possible.
Backstory:
After vacation, I noticed that my lil guy was straining to urinate. As soon as I noticed him in and out of the litter box, I made my way to the veterinary ER. I used to work as a vet tech, so I was prepared for the bill (or so I thought). Turns out that veterinary care is a LOT cheaper when you have a discount on everything.
After going over the estimate, I applied for CareCredit and signed my soul away (nothing less for my kitties). Mack stayed two nights in hospital as they monitored his ins/outs. He spent his time hissing at every man he met, eating excessive amounts of Churu, and feeling good off the Gaba/Ace combo. They pulled his urinary catheter and we took him home. He is urinating normally as of now and is switched over to his new Hills C/D diet.
The care that the doctors and vet staff provided were exceptional. I am so happy to have my Macky boy home and urinating normally again. I've had him since he was 10 days old (perks of being an ER triage tech for so long). I literally triaged him, put him in an incubator, helped nurse him to health, and took him home to foster once he was healthy. He has been with me ever since (my lil dumptruck aka Mack truck) ❤️
I love my cats so much that I would go into debt for them any day, but I am putting this out here in hopes that I don't have to spend the next few years paying this off. Thank you in advance for your consideration. I will post more pictures of Mack back at home soon.
Much love,
Karlie aka Aradia ASMR
