Hello! I am Mac McCartney, a Second Lieutenant in the Army and a Catholic going on the Camino de Santiago this summer, beginning July 30 and concluding in mid-September. 

I converted to Catholicism in 2021 and am looking to enrich my relationship with Our Lord Jesus Christ with a completion of the near-500 mile on-foot pilgrimage. However, I need some help with part of the trip's fundraising efforts!

Any money donated will help me finance my pilgrimage while in Spain. As of now, I need funds for a return flight from Spain back to the US and for hostel stays, meals, and for any other general expenses.

This is my first time starting an online fundraiser, so I am not well-versed with these sorts of things, but nevertheless I would sincerely appreciate any help from y'all. Thank you and may God bless you!
