Support Lyric's Long Road to Recovery

Hello, I am LaToya, and this is my 18-year-old daughter Lyric. On August 10, 2024, Lyric was a passenger in a car involved in a head-on collision and then rear-ended. Thankfully, she was wearing her seatbelt, however, she still sustained major injuries due to both collisions.

She has been in the hospital since the accident with several broken ribs, a broken clavicle, bruised lung, broken thumb, an abdominal hematoma, and lots of cuts and bruises. These injuries have resulted in 2 surgeries so far, and another looming. Due to the length of stay thus far, being a single parent, I am handling her care with little to no help. I have exhausted all paid time off. With medical bills and expenses mounting, I am unsure on how I will be able to care for her properly.

Lyric is going to have a long road to recovery and that will include months of physical therapy, and due to the extent of the trauma and injuries, she will not be able to start college, as planned this semester. Times are tough for all as we know, so any help you can extend would be greatly appreciated.
