Support Lynn Saylor's Fight Against Cancer

Donation protected
If you are reading this, then you likely know the person that this account is being made for: Lynn Saylor. Lynn is a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, and coworker to so many. She’s funny, nice, sassy, caring, smart, and has many other qualities that make her the awesome human being that she is. However, there is one trait that stands out from the rest: her selflessness. I’ve only known Lynn for 8 short years, but if Lynn could be summed up into one word it would be selfless. She lives her life searching for what she can do to better the lives of others. She is always there to fight for you. To make sure you’re taken care of; and she does so no matter how much she is struggling herself and with zero expectation of getting anything in return. Lynn chooses others over herself.

If you’re like me, you’ve often wondered: “how the hell am I ever going to repay/thank this woman?” Well ladies and gentlemen, now is your chance. Now it is time for us to “say our thanks” and “go to bat” for our beloved Lynn, and her equally beloved husband John. Lynn was recently diagnosed with an advanced form of cancer called Multiple Myeloma. Cancer is an awful, harsh reality that many of us have dealt with directly and/or indirectly. Therefore, we all know what a financial burden it is. For starters, the average cost for cancer treatment is costly; the average cost for Multiple Myeloma is $126,000 to $256,000 depending on treatment type, phase of care, and other factors. Therefore, cancer can put a significant financial burden on the person directly affected, but also their spouse, kids, and other family members. The cost of treatment, doctor visits, and lack of income from missing work can devastate families.

That is why we’re asking for your donations to help out Lynn and her husband John through this dark time. We would like to start with a modest goal of $10,000. Anything helps and everything is appreciated. Whether it is $5 or $500, it will help these 2 awesome people out. As Lynn goes through this journey, we will keep you updated on her and any significant developments. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to myself Kelly Shannon or Dez Olvera.
