As many of you may now know, Lynae was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer that showed up as a fairly large tumor on her kidney. Her prognosis is positive, however, she has a long road of chemo, surgery and then chemo again ahead of her. The surgery will remove one of her kidneys and anything else the doctors feel needs to be removed.

We are so grateful Lynae is such a fighter that she didn’t listen to her primary doc when he said there was nothing to worry about with abnormal labs and blood in her urine. She is also going to Rochester to get the best care for her with the upcoming surgery. That said, she obviously cannot work, and has not been able to for much of the year with her prior wrist surgeries, and the last thing we want for her to worry about how to fund this care that she needs as well as take care of her three boys, Caden, Easton & Oliver.

She does not know this is being done for her benefit, because Lord knows she would not sign off on this as she is blessed with that Ludwig stubbornness and independence and does not want to rely on others. But she is so caring for others, it’s our chance to return the favor. As her brother and sister-in-law, we have felt her generosity and love to help us through difficult times firsthand and know this is our chance to return the love and care to her!
