How did one rotator cuff revision surgery turn into a total of 6 surgeries and procedures? Take one simple chest workout at the gym, add misbehaving teenage boys with no adult supervision, BAM just like that I end up with a dislocated shoulder.

3 shoulder surgeries - ✅

2 kidney stone removal surgeries - ✅

1 vascular leg surgery - ✅

I wish I could say at this point we are out of the woods, but the last shoulder surgery healed with extremely severe nerve pain that is constant. My doctors are working through that now and hope it will only stall the final healing by a few weeks.

Pain is causing me to want to sleep most of the time. I have to wear the shoulder brace at all times to keep the muscles in the shoulder from going into spasm. Physical therapy helps the most.

Sophia, Beaux, and I are hanging in there. Some days are extremely difficult for me. At the very least, I can say I have gotten to be more present these past few months with Sophia, and we are closer for it ❤️

After an exhaustive evaluation of my budget and removal of anything that is not a basic necessity, Sophia and I still come up short each month. I receive a small amount of aid from the county ($900). If there is anything anyone can do to help us, we would be grateful beyond words.
