On July 14th, Lyle’s father, Marv, passed away unexpectedly. Marv was a bright light, an incredibly loving, warm, and joyful person who meant the world to those who knew him. His sudden passing has left Lyle heartbroken and facing an overwhelming financial burden.

For the past 13 years, Lyle has been Marv’s primary caregiver, navigating countless health emergencies while also trying to make ends meet. Despite living with limited financial resources, Lyle showed up every day to care for Marv with love, strength, and devotion. They've done everything they could, but the loss of Marv now comes with urgent and immediate costs: rent for their apartment, memorial expenses, and essential monthly bills.

Lyle doesn’t have a financial safety net or extended family support. They just finished their program to become a Substance Use Counselor, and do not currently have steady work. They have always been a devoted community member, working to support others. Right now, they need our help to get through this incredibly difficult and vulnerable moment.
