Lyla is home and 3 wks post op!!! We’ve had a few challenges, she fell out of bed, She got sand in her incision, and yesterday we were back at Children’s because she broke her cast. She is in good spirits. We’ve been blessed with a meal train and these donations. She is still needing some supplies that insurance doesn’t cover for personal hygiene and toileting.

Lyla is receiving special help to pass kindergarten since she can’t go to school.

Our family is doing our best to support Lyla through this challenge, but we’re facing extra difficulties. I am only able to work part time due to my own health issues and recent surgery, and I also care for Lyla’s one year old sister, Rosie. With Lyla needing full-time care during her recovery, we’re reaching out for help to make sure she has everything she needs.
