- Our sweet Lydia is once again fighting pancreatic cancer. In 2024, she was diagnosed with Pancreoblastoma, an aggressive form of pancreatic cancer, at the tender age of 4. She had a dangerous Whipple surgery and multiple rounds of aggressive chemotherapy.
Lydia championed on with a smile on her face. She was deemed cancer-free!
Unfortunately, just last month, as she was preparing to celebrate her 1-year cancer-free anniversary, her family was informed that the cancer was back and had spread.
She will fight again with the same tenacity and bravery she did last time, and we will continue to champion behind her as we did before. She is currently receiving aggressive chemotherapy.
Her family has been hit with an unbelievable hardship most of us will never experience. The cost of treatment, days and weeks of missed work due to treatments, appointments, and care is beyond what any family should have to bear.
Please help us to lighten that load in the small way we can.
