Support LVAD Surgery for CHF Warrior

After 25 years of living with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), my heart has decided it's time for the next step. My cardiology team has decided to go ahead with LVAD surgery as a bridge to transplant. I don't qualify for a transplant at this time because of high pulmonary pressure. I will be responsible for 20% of the approximated $1 million dollar procedure.
