Lupe, my husband, recently faced a life-threatening medical emergency. He suffered a pulmonary embolism, and his heart began to fail, which led to an urgent stay in the ICU. The experience was terrifying for both of us, and the road to recovery is still ahead.

The medical bills from his time in the ICU, along with the many procedures and tests he needed, have quickly added up. On top of that, Lupe has had to take time off work to focus on healing, which has put additional financial strain on us. We are doing everything we can, but we know we can’t do it alone.
