Support Luna's Journey to Eye Health

My name is Luna. My owner rescued me from being tied to a fridge door handle when I was just a kitten! I am 14 years old and back on October 24, I had a small scratch on my eye, and my owner took me to a local animal hospital. They wanted to try multiple different things to help my eye, but unfortunately, none of them worked. After 2 months of medications, eye ointments, and creams, my owner had enough with that provider and demanded a specialist. We were sent down to Phoenix because they are the only ones that have doctors that specialize in animal eyes. So my owner got me to Eye Care for Animals in Phoenix. They told us I may have a giant mass behind my eye that has caused me to lose any ability to close my eye on my own. I will be needing to have my left eye removed and the potential of having the mass behind my eye removed also. My owner contacted UAF, but because my doctors are in Phoenix, it isn’t covered. My bloodwork is all normal, and I am healthy! I just need help removing my bad eye/mass. Anything helps me so I can add more years to my already 14 happy ones!
