Hi everyone. This is Luna, my great niece. She has been diagnosed with :

Stage II/III Germ Cell Cancer.

2 years ago she had a massive grade 3 teratoma at birth that came back cancerous when removed at a month old.

A second mass was found 3 weeks ago. After major removal surgery last week, pathology reported it was all cancerous properties and clear margins were not possible.

Chemotherapy is the only option.

Mom has FMLA that will secure her job but has no income for bills etc while trying to take care of Luna. For those that don’t know, Luna is a twin so mom has ALOT on her plate.
