Luna's mom Maria who had diabetic kidney disease and was on dialysis, passed away 2 months ago from a heart attack. Without a steady source of income, she has been struggling to pay for basic expenses like food and utilities. Her late mom’s ex-husband is helping a little, and her brother is working part-time, but it’s not enough.

She needs help covering food and electricity bill while she looks for a job. We set a fundraising goal of $800 (USD) which will help her make ends meet for a few months. When I heard that she was not able to pay for food, miserable because of hunger, and grieving loss of a loved one, I couldn't just sit back and watch.
