Luke was in a major car accident early morning on 10-16-2025. He was unfortunately not wearing a seatbelt. When he arrived at the emergency room, they took x-rays and an MRI. The results were a nurse fracture in C 7. We were then told that if he moved the wrong way, he could become quadriplegic at any moment. On 10-17-2025, he had surgery to repair the fracture in his neck & it was successful. He is now recovering in the surgical ICU still sedated and intubated.
