As most of you know my husband Luke has end stage renial failure which means he needs a kidney. He has been on dialysis now for 13 years. He has gone throu so much with this disease and has always stayed positive and had just gone with the flow.
Last year I started a new job which allowed me to get insurance, which ment Luke got secondary insurance. With two insurances he was one step closer to being put on the transplant list as active.
Well after 13 years and all the things he has been throu last Friday afternoon he was finally put on the active list for a kidney transplant!!!!
He can literally get the call any day now as he jumped to the top of the list after being on dialysis for so long. We are starting early to try to raise funds for when he gets the kidney. He will be in Denver for about a month, which means lost income from him not working and im currently not working since I work for a school and we have two daughters at home.
The money will go to Bills, Travel, Housing and other expenses while he's away.
It has been a long road to this point and we are absolutely excited that we are FINALLY here! Thank you everyone that has been part of our journey we love you all! We will keep you updated ♥️
