Here's the latest on Luke...

Luke Sevilla turned 11 in May of 2022 and now stands 5' 4'' tall and weighs a solid 114 lbs..

Luke is maturing in his Bible studies and also doing well in his home school studies.

Luke, a 5-sport athlete (baseball, football, wrestling, boxing, basketball) from Menifee, California, is preparing for his transition to public middle school, as well as a possible move across the country with his family, who seeks a new, better life for their children free from California's liberalism, economics and politics.

This past year marked an epic period in which he competed at a high level in several different sports, all while being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, like his sister Gracie, a few months ago and at the beginning of his tackle football season with the Menifee Wildcats Junior All American Junior Pee Wee team. Luke's teammates would honor him by wearing a blue and red ribbon sticker on their helmets also to honor Type 1 Diabetes Awareness Month.

On June 24th, 2022, Luke Sevilla competed for the Temecula Boxing Club in the So. Cal State Boxing Championships; an event that featured boxers from outside the United States from throughout the Country at Paloma High School in Menifee, California, losing on points to an experienced Muay Thai National Boxing Champion from Hawaii.

Luke, who has won numerous local and regional titles; including 8 individual National Championships and 1 National Team Title, recently won several local tournaments during the CAGWA League wrestling season; qualified for the league finals and State tournament. Luke would go on to make it to the Championship match of the SCWAY State Championships and take 5th at the CalUSA State Wrestling Championships, weighing only 113.5 lbs while competing in the 125 and 135 lb. brackets.

Luke is set to represent Team California this year in his age and weigh bracket.

Playing for the So. Cal Spurs Travel Baseball Team, Luke Sevilla was selected to participate on the team's World Series Team Squad, which participated in NCS Travel Ball World Series in Chula Vista, California and in Santee, Californian on July 5th-10th, an international tournament whereby teams from all over the World and the United States competed for a World Baseball Title. Luke's Spurs, led by Coach Cesar Chavez, fell short of the Title by losing to a team from Hawaii in the Quarterfinals. Luke, a Catcher, Pitcher, 1st Baseman, Shortstop, 3rd Baseman and Center Fielder, has been thriving with his new team which plays at a much higher level of competition than his former Little League experience.

Luke, who hasn't played competitive basketball in 3 years, put together a monster season, earning Team MVP honors and All-Stars selection. He has since been recruited by travel basketball teams.

This page was created as a way for his supporters to continue to support him, and as his father often does pro bono work for his friends, associates and clients; a portal for them to make a small donation when they insist on making payment.
