Support Luis's Journey to Greater Independence

Hello! I'm Luis. I'm 31 years old and have SMA type 2 (spinal muscular atrophy). I'm from Jacksonville, Florida, but born and raised in Puerto Rico. Because of my condition, I have a feeding tube and a tracheostomy for better quality of life.

I'm currently not able to get out much because I cannot afford an accessible van. In making this GoFundMe, I'm hoping to raise enough money to be able to get one! It'll help me be more social, not stuck at home a lot, and be able to safely travel! Any help is really appreciated. I'm finally able to be more active and have come a long way from where I was 2 years ago!
