Support Luisa and her family on her path to recovery.

On November 15, Luisa was involved in a freak accident at work. She was struck by a falling branch and immediately taken to North Kansas City Hospital. She broke both arms, her lower spine, collapsed her left foot, and fractured her right ankle. Luisa is doing amazing, and all the doctors say she is extremely motivated to get better.

As of December 7, we finally made it back home. I’m creating this GoFundMe for anyone that would like to help out financially. The funds would help with travel expenses for Lu’s family in Germany to come help us with her recovery. Although this was a work comp incident, there are things they are not covering. We have a long road ahead of us: continued doctor visits, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and future surgeries.
