Luis Santiago unexpectedly passed away on January 27th. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate support with the expenses for cremation, sending his ashes home to Vermont, his celebration of life, burial, and gravestone.
The funeral to be held and his gravestone to be placed in the Spring.
