Support Luis' Recovery and Family Needs

Luis', Mariposa's fantastic dishwasher, was attacked in SF along with his family on Monday night, June 10. A homeless person carrying a bottle accosted them in front of their home, then got violent resulting in unnecessary injuries to Luis and damage to his cousin's car.

Luis sustained injuries to his arm - including a broken elbow. Tendons and nerves were damaged causing his pinky and ring fingers to stay curled. He cannot straighten those fingers. He needs surgery, followed by a 2-month recovery period. He is young and hopefully will fully recover.

This fundraiser is to help Luis with medical bills and to assist him and his family with funds while he is recovering and unable to work.
