Hi, this is Luis Diaz. He is 46 years old. He's recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic adenocarcinoma lung cancer that has metastasized around his entire heart, brain as well. He has 3 beautiful daughters that he wants to spend as much time as possible with. His oldest daughter has taken him under her care. He is the type of guy that would give you the shirt off his back without a second thought. He has worked very hard his entire life. We are currently struggling with keeping up with medical bills, medications, home expenses, and meals. With his prognosis, funeral preparations are also a necessary avenue to travel, seeming that he doesn't have much time left with us.
