Support Lucy's Life-Saving Transfusions
Donation protected
Our beloved Lucy, a playful and loving 6-year-old dog, was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder called IMHA (Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia). This disorder has caused her body to attack its own red blood cells, plummeting her count to a dangerously low 20, compared to a healthy range of 30-36. Lucy is at risk of going into cardiovascular shock at any moment.
The only treatment that can help Lucy right now are blood transfusions. Unfortunately, she needs 2-3 separate transfusions - a costly but life-saving procedure. While she is on medication, the transfusions are crucial to stabilize her and giving her a fighting chance.
We are heartbroken and overwhelmed, but we won't give up. I have created this campaign to humbly request assistance in raising the necessary funds to cover Lucy's treatment and medical expenses. Any contribution, big or small, will help to get Lucy back on her paws.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for considering my Lucy's cause.
