It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Lucila Delgado Mora, a 77-year-old Colombian woman who touched the lives of everyone she met with her warmth, kindness, and unshakable love for her family. Lucila passed away yesterday after a brave and quiet battle with multiple cancers that, tragically, went undiagnosed for over a decade.

Lucila was a devoted mother and grandmother who dedicated her life to caring for others. She spent her final days surrounded by her two loving daughters, who did everything they could to bring her comfort in her last moments. Her smile, her stories, and her unwavering love will remain forever in our hearts.

Unfortunately, the financial burden of medical expenses, hospice care, and now funeral arrangements has been overwhelming for our family. We are asking for your help to give Lucila the farewell she so deeply deserves and to alleviate some of the stress on her daughters as they grieve this profound loss.

Con gran pesar compartimos el fallecimiento de nuestra amada Lucila Delgado Mora, una mujer colombiana de 77 años que tocó la vida de todos los que la conocieron con su calidez, bondad y amor inquebrantable por su familia. Lucila falleció ayer después de una valiente y silenciosa lucha contra múltiples cánceres que, trágicamente, no fueron diagnosticados durante más de una década.

Lucila fue una madre y abuela devota que dedicó su vida a cuidar de los demás. Pasó sus últimos días rodeada de sus dos amorosas hijas, quienes hicieron todo lo posible por brindarle consuelo en sus últimos momentos. Su sonrisa, sus historias y su amor incondicional permanecerán para siempre en nuestros corazones.

Lamentablemente, la carga financiera de los gastos médicos, el cuidado de hospicio y ahora los arreglos funerarios ha sido abrumadora para nuestra familia. Estamos pidiendo su ayuda para darle a Lucila la despedida que tanto merece y aliviar parte del estrés de sus hijas mientras enfrentan esta profunda pérdida.
