On Thursday, November 20, 2025, our family experienced an unimaginable tragedy in San Nicolas de Los Agustinos, Guanajuato. Lucia Bravo, a loving mother, daughter, and friend, was taken from us far too soon when a driver under the influence reversed at high speed and struck her. Lucia was only 41 years old and leaves behind her two beloved children: Tadeo, just 1 year old, and Yazmin, 19.

With Lucia’s sudden passing, her elderly parents, Maria and Manuel, are now stepping in to care for Tadeo and Yazmin. While they have endless love to give, they are facing significant financial challenges. The costs of the funeral, daily living expenses, and the children’s education are overwhelming for them. Maria and Manuel want nothing more than to provide a safe, loving, and stable home for their grandchildren, but they need help to do so.
