Ayudemos a mi abuelita en su lucha contra el cáncer

Mi abuela, Lucero Torres, hoy está enfrentando una batalla muy dura. Hace pocos días recibimos un diagnóstico que nos dejó sin palabras: ella tiene un tipo de cáncer llamado liposarcoma pleomórfico grado 3, uno muy agresivo, que está afectando su pierna izquierda.

Los estudios revelaron que el tumor presenta necrosis extensa, lo cual significa que está avanzando rápidamente y el tratamiento no puede esperar más. Es urgente iniciar el proceso para cirugías y otros cuidados médicos.

Todo esto implica costos muy altos que, como familia, nos está siendo muy difícil cubrir solos.

Mi abuela ha presentado mucho malestar y dolor estas últimas semanas. Debemos actuar rápidamente para que el cáncer no se expanda a otras partes de su cuerpo (metástasis).

El costo de la cirugía: $70,000 pesos mexicanos.

El costo de la estadía en el hospital: $30,000 pesos mexicanos.

Y posiblemente tendrá que tener radioterapias, pero está por confirmarse después de estudios médicos.

Cualquier ayuda, aunque sea pequeña, hará una gran diferencia. Aún sea un dólar, estarás ayudando a mi abuelita a estar libre de dolor y encontrar esperanza. Y si no puedes donar, no te preocupes, tus oraciones nos ayudarán también.

Let’s Help My Grandma in Her Fight Against Cancer

My grandmother, Lucero Torres, is facing a very tough battle today. A few days ago, we received a diagnosis that left us speechless: she has a type of cancer called pleomorphic liposarcoma grade 3 — a very aggressive form that is affecting her left leg.

The tests revealed that the tumor has extensive necrosis, which means it is progressing quickly and treatment cannot wait any longer. It is urgent to begin the process for surgery and other medical care.

All of this involves very high costs that, as a family, we are finding extremely difficult to cover on our own.

My grandma has been experiencing a lot of discomfort and pain in recent weeks. We must act quickly so the cancer does not spread to other parts of her body (metastasis).

She may also need radiotherapy, but this will be confirmed after further medical studies.
