Hi, my name is Sarah, and I’m reaching out for help with medical expenses for my best friend, Luca. Luca is a 5-year-old Australian Shepherd with the biggest heart and the sweetest soul. He has been my constant companion, my source of joy, and my comfort on the hardest days.
