Please help my dog, Luca, fight lymphoma.

I've had my Luca since he was 15 weeks old and a few weeks ago noticed one of his back lymph nodes more swollen than ever. It got aspirated and came back positive for lymphoma.

Luca is eating and playing like usual, just a little more groggy. I think, like any living thing, he deserves a fighting chance.

Unfortunately, I'm not wealthy and cannot afford to pay for his full " CHOP " cancer treatment. Please help me.
