Help Lua Walk Again After a Devastating Accident

Donation protected
Two nights ago, Lua, our 1-year-old German Shepherd, was hit by a car after a gate was accidentally left open.

We heard the impact and found her badly injured. She was rushed to the emergency vet, where X-rays showed multiple fractures in her back leg.

The doctors gave us three options: euthanasia, amputation, or a complex orthopedic surgery to try to save her leg.

Lua is still so young, full of life, and deserves the chance to run again. We are choosing to fight for her.

The surgery and recovery will cost around $14,000, which is more than we can manage on such short notice. We are racing against time to get her the care she needs.

Without treatment, we may be forced to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down to prevent further suffering.

We are asking for your help, any amount truly makes a difference. And if you’re not able to donate, sharing this page would mean the world to us.

Thank you for helping us give Lua a chance to walk again.
